Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund process to be completed. To expedite the process, you may provide visual evidence such as photos or videos of any defects or damages for swift resolution.

Steps to Start a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@dorise.shop to initiate the return process. Please provide the reason for return along with your order number. Await instructions for the return shipping address. Upon receipt and verification of your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Insurance Scenarios:

Customer Dissatisfaction: If the return is due to dissatisfaction, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus the initial shipping fee.
